R & R Elite Builders, Inc. is a family-owned and operated business. We were founded in 2014 by a father and son team who wanted to combine their areas of expertise in the industry into one dynamic company that specializes in custom home building and commercial projects.

Richard Sr. has over 35 years of experience as a general contractor in the tri-county area of Ventura, Santa Barbara, and Los Angeles. He first found his passion for construction through the remodel of his own home in 1977, which led him to start his contracting company in 1983, where he continues to bring that same passion to each project.

Rich Jr. followed in his father’s footsteps at an young age. He spent his early career apprenticing and then leading crews as a foreman before going into the specialty of wood framing and concrete, opening his own subcontracting business in 2002. With over 20 years of industry experience under his belt, Rich brings a unique perspective to R & R as both a general and subcontractor.
